Il Corso si propone di far acquisire agli studenti conoscenze e competenze delle principali patologie chirurgiche e dei principi di trattamento, dell'anatomia e la fisiopatologia chirurgica delle malattie di interesse chirurgico, con particolare attenzione alla diagnosi differenziale e all'iter diagnostico terapeutico delle patologie considerate.

Lo studente sarà in grado di effettuare una valutazione del paziente chirurgico e partecipazione al percorso diagnostico-terapeutico.

Anatomia Umana
Fisiologia

Lezioni frontali, clinical teaching con con discussione di casi clinici. La frequenza alle lezioni ed alle esercitazioni pratiche è obbligatoria e sarà registrata tramite app. È richiesto almeno il 75% della frequenza per accedere all'esame di profitto

La valutazione della competenza degli studenti si basa sull' esame orale (viva voce). L'esame orale copre tutti gli aspetti della teoria della Chirurgia Generale. Lo studente dovrebbe essere in grado di discutere sul tema in esame ed essere in grado di collegare e analizzare i diversi argomenti. Le domande riguardano gli aspetti fondamentali della Chirurgia Generale, nonché gli aspetti principali delle procedure diagnostiche. Le domande saranno specifiche per valutare la conoscenza di base del tema. Ciò significa che lo studente deve conoscere le fasi chiave della visita del paziente e per eseguire la diagnosi. Inoltre, lo studente deve avere una profonda conoscenza delle condizioni chirurgiche più comuni-essere in grado di collegare i sintomi e segni con le malattie. Al fine di testare l'acquisizione di questa capacità allo studente sarà chiesto di risolvere un semplice problema clinico orientato, ad esempio riconoscere l'appendicite acuta in base alla manifestazione clinica, ecc. Il voto finale è espresso in 30/30 dove 18 rappresenta il minimo e 30 il massimo. Il voto finale è la media dei voti conseguiti agli esami dei moduli dei Corso integrato

The Course aims to provide students with knowledge and skills in the main surgical pathologies and treatment principles, the anatomy and surgical pathophysiology of diseases of surgical interest, with particular attention to the differential diagnosis and therapeutic diagnostic process of the pathologies considered.APPLYING KNOWLEDGE AND UNDERSTANDING
The student will be able to perform an evaluation of the surgical patient and participate in the diagnostic-therapeutic process.
MAKING JUDGMENTS
The student will develop the ability to evaluate surgical indications and possible complications.
COMMUNICATION SKILLS
The student will develop the ability to communicate effectively with patients and healthcare teams.

The student continuous updating skills in surgery and technology

Human Anatomy
Physiology

Lectures, clinical teaching with discussion of clinical cases. Attendance at lessons and practical exercises is mandatory and will be recorded via the app. A minimum of 75% of attendance is required to enter the profit exam

The assessment of students' competence is based on the oral exam (viva voce). The oral examination covers all aspects of the theory of General Surgery. The student should be able to discuss the topic under consideration and be able to connect and analyze the different topics. The questions concern the fundamental aspects of General Surgery, as well as the main aspects of diagnostic procedures. The questions will be specific to assess basic knowledge of the topic. This means that the student must know the key stages of the patient's visit and to perform the diagnosis. Furthermore, the student must have a deep understanding of the most common surgical conditions - be able to connect symptoms and signs with diseases. In order to test the acquisition of this ability, the student will be asked to solve a simple oriented clinical problem, for example recognizing acute appendicitis based on the clinical manifestation, etc. The final vote is cast in 30/30 where 18 represents the minimum and 30 the maximum. The final grade is the average of the grades obtained in the exams of the modules of the Integrated Course
