| Metodi didattici | Le attività didattiche sono erogate attraverso lezioni frontali strutturate, finalizzate all’acquisizione delle conoscenze fondamentali della disciplina e dei relativi modelli interpretativi. La didattica può essere integrata da: lezioni interattive con discussione guidata di casi clinici, problem-based learning e case-based learning per l’applicazione delle conoscenze a scenari clinici, utilizzo di materiale didattico multimediale e immagini cliniche/strumentali, sessioni di domande e confronto docente-studenti per favorire il ragionamento critico , integrazione interdisciplinare tra moduli affini, in particolare nei corsi integrati. La frequenza alle lezioni è obbligatoria. È richiesto almeno il 75% della frequenza per poter accedere all'esame |
| Modalità di verifica dell'apprendimento | La valutazione della competenza degli studenti si basa sull' esame orale (viva voce). L'esame orale copre tutti gli aspetti della teoria della Metodologia Chirurgica. Lo studente dovrebbe essere in grado di discutere sul tema in esame ed essere in grado di collegare e analizzare i diversi argomenti. Le domande riguardano gli aspetti fondamentali della Metodologia Chirurgica, nonché gli aspetti principali delle procedure diagnostiche. Le domande saranno specifiche per valutare la conoscenza di base del tema. Ciò significa che lo studente deve conoscere le fasi chiave della visita del paziente e per eseguire la diagnosi. Inoltre, lo studente deve avere una profonda conoscenza delle condizioni chirurgiche più comuni-essere in grado di collegare i sintomi e segni con le malattie. Al fine di testare l'acquisizione di questa capacità allo studente sarà chiesto di risolvere un semplice problema clinico orientato, ad esempio riconoscere l'appendicite acuta in base alla manifestazione clinica, ecc. La valutazione può essere svolta in forma collegiale o coordinata tra i moduli, al fine di garantire un giudizio complessivo coerente. | Teaching methods | Teaching activities are delivered through structured lectures, aimed at acquiring fundamental knowledge of the discipline and related interpretative models. Teaching can be complemented by: interactive lessons with guided discussion of clinical cases, problem-based learning and case-based learning for applying knowledge to clinical scenarios, use of multimedia teaching materials and clinical/instrumental images, question sessions and teacher-student discussions to foster critical reasoning, interdisciplinary integration between related modules, particularly in integrated courses. Attendance at classes is compulsory. A minimum of 75% of attendance is required to access the exam |
| Assessment methods | The assessment of students' competence is based on the oral exam (viva voce). The oral examination covers all aspects of the theory of Surgical Methodology. The student should be able to discuss the topic under consideration and be able to connect and analyze the different topics. The questions concern the fundamental aspects of Surgical Methodology, as well as the main aspects of diagnostic procedures. The questions will be specific to assess basic knowledge of the topic. This means that the student must know the key stages of the patient's visit and to perform the diagnosis. Furthermore, the student must have a deep understanding of the most common surgical conditions - be able to connect symptoms and signs with diseases. In order to test the acquisition of this ability, the student will be asked to solve a simple oriented clinical problem, for example, recognizing acute appendicitis based on the clinical manifestation, etc. The assessment can be carried out collegially or coordinated between modules, in order to ensure a consistent overall judgment. The final vote is cast in thirtieths where 18 represents the minimum and 30 the maximum |
