Obiettivi formativi | Il corso ha lo scopo di trasmettere corrette informazioni di carattere alimentare e far acquisire idonee competenze rivolte a conseguire e promuovere un corretto comportamento alimentare nelle diverse fasce di età, con particolare attenzione all’età pediatrica. Risultati di apprendimento previsti sono l’acquisizione delle nozioni fondamentali relative alle proprietà ed alle funzioni dei macro e dei micronutrienti ed il loro metabolismo, in rapporto allo stato di nutrizione e ad una corretta alimentazione |

Course objectives | The course has the purpose of transmitting correct information of a food nature and of acquiring suitable competences aimed at achieving and promoting a correct eating behavior in the various age groups, with particular attention to the pediatric age. Expected learning outcomes are the acquisition of fundamental notions related to the properties and functions of macro and micronutrients and their metabolism, in relation to the state of nutrition and proper nutrition |
Prerequisites | Advisable knowledge of the principles of biochemistry. |
Teaching methods | Frontal lessons with projection of Power Point files |
Evaluation methods | The evaluation of student proficiency is based on oral test (viva voce). |
