Course objectives | Knowledge of the methods of morphological investigation and of the laboratory of histology; knowledge of the structure and ultrastructure of the cell (in common with the Biology) and of the fundamental tissues, of the differentiation (including the new acquisitions in terms of stem cells) of the growth and of the stages that lead to the development of the human organism. |
Prerequisites | The student must know the structure and function of the cell. |
Teaching methods | Lessons and histology laboratory |
Evaluation methods | During the lessons, the teacher effects a series of questions to the students to verify their learning respect the matters of the course and unclear concerns are proposed in deep. |
Other information | During the lessons, the students practice the recognition of histological slices with the projection of slides and they explain how they have come to the diagnosis and as each sample is recognized and as it differs from others. |
Course Syllabus | Methods of investigation for the observation of cells, tissues and organs. |
